Brunch to Munch

Singapore's Osteria Mozza has unveiled its brand-new Sunday Bellini brunch menu, a twist on the champagne brunch. With original dishes from celebrated chef and Osteria Mozza co-owner Nancy Silverton, Los Angeles's "Queen of Brunch", the menu includes a spread of savory and sweet pastries by pastry chef Ariana Flores, and dishes like fragrant and crispy roasted pork alla Toscana, or smoked sea trout cakes benedict, Osteria Mozza's take on the classic Eggs Benedict, with the deeply colored Tasmanian Sea Trout cooked on a cedar plank atop the wood-burning grill to capture a touch of smokiness. The highly popular soft scrambled fggs from Nancy Silverton's kitchens has also made it onto Osteria Mozza's brunch menu, which starts from S$45 (US$35) per person.
