The Regent Taipei has introduced a dining experience where guests can savour signature dishes from world-class chefs, complemented by the finest red wines from the Bordeaux Wine Bank, which opened its first Asian store at the hotel. Robin's Grill, voted the best restaurant in Taipei, has recently assembled the Gourmet Gallery, a new dining experience with an exclusive menu featuring signature dishes from acclaimed visiting chefs over the past years, including one Michelin-star Chef Ivan Vautier, two Michelin-star Chef Thierry Marx, and three Michelin-star Chef Marc Haeberlin. Served in a private dining room, the Gourmet Gallery menu provides a gastronomic journey designed to satisfy the most particular palate, paired with Bordeaux Wine Bank's fine red wine.

Decorated with a Baroque style chandelier and oil-painting portraits of delectable dishes on the red-brick walls, Gourmet Gallery is retro-elegant with a modern touch, blending a brand-new ambiance with a déjà dining experience. In addition, dishes are served on Rosenthal's fine porcelain dinnerware to perfect this gastronomic journey. Bordeaux Wine Bank offers up to 48 different premium red wines from five Bordeaux wineries, including Chateau Lafite Rothschild, Chateau Latour, Chateau Haut Brion, Chateau Margaux, and Chateau Mouton Rothschild. The Gourmet Gallery dinner menu is priced from NT$1,500 (HK$1,507) per person including wines. www.grandformosa.com.tw
