AIRLINES: Qantas Targets South America

Australian airline Qantas has started flights between Sydney and Santiago in Chile, offering greater connectivity to travellers bound for South America. The light takes 13 hours and ten minutes with an initial three return flights weekly offering, operating on one of Qanatas' recently refurbished B747-400 aircraft, which features the airline's award-wining A380-style seating and inflight entertainment. www.qantas.com.au
